Here at the Springer we are extreamly fortunate to have a fantastically knowledgeable team. We are passionate about high quality service with a relaxed atmosphere, We believe that the food should be of a high standard but you have to have a fantastic floor team to compliment the food.
Please dont hesitate to ask any of our team any questions...be sure to test their knowlegde, nothing is to much trouble at the springer. All of our main floor staff are barista & mixology trained accompanied by clare our assistant manager who is also a trained sommelier the springer floor has that little extra something that not all country pub restaurants have. Please also dont forget to pop in with your four legged friends so that our floor supervisor kira can make a fuss.
Our team are extreamly bubbly, enthusiastic and professional individuals who generally love what they do and this shows every day through the amazing atmosophire that they create. Along with our floor team we have a group of amazing and talented chefs, our kitchen work very hard to ensure that they provide consistant, fresh & simple dishes that we all love. These hard working professionals have helped the Springer in building on its already amazing reputation. Since early 2020 the hospitality trade has had an extreamly difficult time of things and this has contributed in a staffing crisis within the trade. This however is not shown with the amazing team that we have at the springer although short handed the team have worked beyond expectations and have continued to provide a fantastic experience for all of our guests regardless of the challenges. For this we ask that all of our guests show our lovely team the kindness and respect that they have earnt.
We would also like to take this opportunity to show our team how much we admire and are greatfull for everything they do. Without the truely amazing team that we have built together we really would not be where we are today.
